Designing a dreamy 10-bedroom rental beach house is a thrilling interior design challenge! It's a stunning coastal oasis on North Topsail Beach where every room reflects its own serene vibes of the water. In interior and exterior both are designed for living your best beach life with family and friends. Enjoy spending time on any of the four oceanfront decks or take a dip in your private pool or hot tub.
Years of thought and planning are becoming a reality with this beachfront home. I'm so thankful the owners included me on the project team from the beginning. We have been able to work together on finish, furniture, and fixture selections for the entire new build.
Our focus for the numerous common areas is open layouts and panoramic views. Large windows and sliding doors ensure the beauty of the beach is never out of sight. We've blended comfy coastal hues with splashes of ocean-inspired decor and finishes. The calm palette offers a seamless flow from room to room. The ocean inspired custom moldings, woven furnishings and handpicked details are carefully curated for relaxation and tranquility. Incorporating durable materials that withstand the elements and weekly rental crowds while maintaining a stylish yet budget friendly flair has been on the forefront of every decision.

The entertainment center is a seamless blend of style and technology. It features a showcase of ocean treasures – a curated display of coastal memories.
Masterful Primary Suite: Your private haven awaits, adorned with dark furniture with tropical charm. This luxe ensuite bath is a retreat with tropical layers, specialty tile and golden accents.
Grand Gatherings: The dining room is tailored for hosting unforgettable feasts. Elegant tables designed for large gatherings, where every meal is a celebration.
Culinary Delights: Our gourmet kitchen is a culinary dream. Thoughtfully designed for both efficiency and hosting group events. From sleek countertops to smart storage solutions, it's a chef's paradise.
Breezy Outdoor Retreat: Step onto the expansive covered deck to feel the ocean breeze. and enjoy unobstructed ocean views. It's the perfect sport for morning coffee, relaxing afternoons, and sunset soirées.
3rd Floor
Welcome to the ultimate haven on the third floor. It's a collection of five bedrooms, each with a king size bed and its own private bath. Every bedroom is uniquely styled, offering a blend of comfort and sophistication. From woven furnishings to curated artwork and finishes each space tells its own coastal story.
2nd Floor
Get ready for endless fun and relaxation on the second floor – a dedicated space for entertainment and comfortable repose. The colorful game room is the heart of excitement. From pool tables to video games, this vibrant space is designed for laughter and friendly competition.
Three thoughtfully designed bedrooms with private baths await, each boasting its own unique style. Two additional bunk rooms add extra sleeping space, ensuring everyone has a spot for a restful night. These bunk rooms combine functionality with a playful atmosphere, making them ideal for both kids and adults.
